Shipping

1. Orders placed on a weekday will be shipped the following business day.
2. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday (or the following business day in the event of a holiday).
3. Our orders are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise requested by customer.
4. All cigars are carefully packaged along with Boveda humidification packs.
5. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping for your order.

Due to local ordinances, we currently do not offer shipping to Utah, Ohio, Maryland, Michigan, or South Dakota.

NOTE: When calculating delivery times, holidays and weekends should NOT be included. Business days are considered Monday - Friday.

Delivery Options - Continental United States

Our standard shipper is UPS. The standard delivery service is "UPS Ground". Origin Zip Code is 18360.

Non-guaranteed delivery services include:

Economy - Please Allow 5-10 Business Days for Delivery
Priority Mail Delivery within 3-5 business days. Preferred method for APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Options - Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico

ECONOMY Service is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico you are defaulted to the "Deluxe 2 Day Service". However, UPS Next Day Air service is available.

The rural areas (as determined by UPS), of both states, will incur an additional $10 shipping charge and may even delay shipping time. Depending upon the zip code, you enter on your order form, the rate will be adjusted, accordingly.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, US Territories

If your only shipping option is a PO Box, or if you are in the military, or located in a US Territory, you must choose Priority Mail as your shipping service.

NO WEEKEND DELIVERY! (for any service other than Economy or Priority Mail)

Shipping rates are typically based on a flat-fee, with the exception of:

Ship-To Address
Cigar Spartan requires a "shipping" address, which is not necessarily the same as the "billing" address. Upon registration, the shipping address is automatically defaulted to the billing address. You may add a separate shipping address thereafter. When a billing address is updated, its corresponding shipping address will be automatically updated as well. All other shipping addresses and preferences will remain unchanged.

IMPORTANT: In order to protect ourselves and our customers from fraud, ALL FIRST ORDERS must be shipped to the billing address corresponding with the payment method used. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY.

Signature Required

Shipments to the following states that contain tobacco must ship signature required: Delaware, California, SouthDakota. All "Signature Required" shipments have an additional fee included in the displayed shipping price.

State Restrictions

Due to certain excise taxes, licensing, and restrictions, we are not able to ship to: Maryland, Michigan, Ohio, South Dakota, North Carolina, and Virginia.

Returns / Refunds

1. Cigars and other tobacco products are perishable, therefore non-returnable.
2. Accessories purchased within 30 days may be returned in exchange for credit against other purchases.
3. Defective accessories after the 30 day period must be returned to manufacturer.
