    The Punch brand was first registered in 1840 by a German businessman.  The brand changed ownership multiple times and eventually was purchased by Fernández, Palicio y Cía in 1930.  Shortly after the Cuban embargo, Fernando Pelicio fled to Florida where he sold the brand to Frank Llaneza and Dan Blumenthal to be manufactured in Honduras for the American market.  Punch is one of the first cigar brands to have been developed in Honduras. Made in accordance with the country’s tradition of expertly curing its tobacco, Punch lives up to its name with a bold, full-flavored taste.
