Rocky Patel is a cigar industry veteran and was part of the first wave of full-bodied cigars back in the mid to late 90s cigar boom. The 92-rated Rocky Patel Vintage 2006 San Andres was crafted out of Rocky’s boutique Nicaraguan factory. The blend features an 11-year-old Mexican wrapper, Nicaraguan fillers, and a Connecticut Broadleaf binder.
